What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. You can also contact us anytime if you are not sure about it.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders placed prior to 2PM GMT are shipped out on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 2PM it will be shipped out on the next business day.

Can I add something to my order once it is placed?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, for security purposes we do not have the ability to recharge a credit card so we cannot add any items to an existing order.

Give us a call (before your order is shipped) and we can place a second order for you and do our best to combine shipping rates.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Yes and No. We can change sizes, colours or cancel items, but we cannot add new items to your order.

Contact us and we will help you sort our your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You can definitely cancel it aright after purchase.

However if we have dispatched your order you will have wait for the return process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £30

FREE Worldwide delivery on orders over £100

Otherwise, the following costs apply:

UK Standard Delivery - £2.99 (2-3 working days)

UK Next Day Delivery - £3.99 (orders must be placed by 14:30pm GMT)

EU Standard delivery - £8.99 (3-5 working days)

USA and International Tracked Courier Delivery - £9.99 (3-5 working days)

Shiping to USA: up to $800 in goods will be duty-free

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please check our shipping policy page.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy with an item and have purchased it via our website, please return it to us within 28 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. Please kindly note that the return period for sale items is 14 days.

Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
